Pho 79 St.Enoch Shopping Centre officially opened since 2020 in the centre of Glasgow, we take pride in using only the freshest ingredients to create authentic Vietnamese dishes that are both healthy and delicious. Our menu is inspired by the bustling streets of Vietnam, where food is not just a meal, but a cultural experience. 

We most specialise in Phở, Bún bò Huế, Bánh mì, Bún thịt nướng - The most popular street food you can easily find in every Vietnam's conners, now have been brought to you right here in Phở 79 St.Enoch.

Learn about Phở:

The most important dish in our cuisine, a basic bowl of phở consists of beef or chicken, warm fragranced broth topped with onion, spring onion, fresh herbs like basil, coriander and served with lemon or garlic vinegar and beansprout aside.

Learn about Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Noodle Soup):

A true soulful dishes that you can easily find in every regions of Vietnam. The broth of Hue beef noodle soup is reddish-brown in colour, this is a combination of typical spices, lemongrass and shrimp paste that we call sa-tế a spicy and fragrant sauce. A bowl of Bún Bò Huế (Spicy noodle soup) include: vermicelli, beef or chicken in addition to Vietnamese ham.

Famous alongside Pho, the Vietnamese sandwich, called Banh Mi, has attracted a growing number of fans around the world. Crispy light baguettes filled with  roast pork, roast beef, and chicken, elevated by handmade radish and carrot pickled and corianders.

Bún Thịt Nướng is a elevated version of Bún Chả and Bún Bò Nam Bộ, a mixture of Vietnam's Northern and Southern palates. A refreshing and intense flavoured plate of vermicelli, with grilled pork, beef or chicken accompanied by fresh vegetables like cucumber, pickled carrot and radish, mint, coriander, dipped in sweet and sour fish sauce, topped with crushed peanuts and fried shallots.
